In the northwestern parts of Zealand, Denmark, there is a hidden treasure of wineries, huge vats and Three Longs. Three Longs are Danish farm houses that are squared off in three separate long buildings. At one time, this was rich Viking territory. Today, it is beautiful vineyards.
